Your Clinical Pilates journey at physi-ology begins with a thorough 45-minute assessment with your physiotherapist (Andrew Jenner). Following this, you'll join our Clinical Pilates group classes, which are 60-minute sessions with a maximum of four participants. Each class is closely supervised by Andrew, who will actively ensure you get the most from your program. After 10 weeks, you'll have a private 45-minute review with Andrew to review your progress, refine your goals, and make any necessary adjustments to your program.

Initial Assessment – $145 (45 Minutes) (Eligible for health rebates)

Your journey begins with a thorough 45-minute assessment by your physiotherapist (Andrew Jenner). Together we will identify your exercise and life goals to create a roadmap to achieving them. This will include a thorough postural assessment and specific objective measures of strength and flexibility that we can retest as we review your progress.

Pilates Sessions – starting at $55 per session (Eligible for health rebates)

Following your one on one assessment, you will start your Clinical Pilates program and join a group class. Classes are 60-minute sessions with a maximum of four participants. Each participant has their own unique program which is closely instructed and supervised by Andrew. He will modify your program as required each session to ensure you maximise each and every class. You can purchase class passes on a casual basis or in packs of 5, 10 or 20 (see below for prices).

Pilates Review -– $145 (45 Minutes) (Eligible for health rebates)

Having a Pilates review every 10 weeks allows for personalized adjustments to your routine, ensuring continuous progress, addressing any imbalances, and optimizing your overall performance and well-being. As time passes, so might your exercise and life goals, your review will give time to address, readjust and introduce new challenges and focusses
